Plan a project together
Apex Male Photography welcomes enquiries about charity calendars, club photography and other creative projects for men. If your idea does not fit a standard portrait session, tell us about the purpose, the people involved and where the images will appear. We can then discuss the scope and what is practical.
For a charity calendar or group project, planning starts with a shared theme, suitable locations and a realistic timetable. Think about how many people need to be photographed, who will coordinate them, and whether the final photographs are intended for print, a website or promotion. This helps us plan a consistent selection.
Please share print specifications or artwork deadlines early. Your organisation will be responsible for producing the calendar or other printed material, so image dimensions, layout and permissions should be agreed with your designer or printer before the shoot.
Image use & delivery
Photography is currently offered free/TFP. You receive a selected set of edited digital images, normally within 2–3 weeks. Copyright and permitted uses depend on the written agreement. Please explain any fundraising, commercial or third-party use when enquiring.
Planning the shoot
Group projects need a little coordination. Nominate a main contact and discuss the venue, participant availability, clothing or theme, and any access requirements with us. Each participant will need to understand and complete the relevant agreement before being photographed.
Timing & final images
A group shoot may take place over one session or several days, depending on the brief. The schedule and intended final selection will be discussed in advance. Many photographs may be taken, but only the selected edited images form the final delivery.
